{"id":8718,"date":"2016-04-20T10:04:23","date_gmt":"2016-04-20T10:04:23","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.cfm.co.mz\/2016\/04\/20\/pca-do-cfm-participa-no-congresso-da-aplop\/"},"modified":"2016-04-20T10:04:23","modified_gmt":"2016-04-20T10:04:23","slug":"pca-do-cfm-participa-no-congresso-da-aplop","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.cfm.co.mz\/en\/2016\/04\/20\/pca-do-cfm-participa-no-congresso-da-aplop\/","title":{"rendered":"PCA do CFM participa no Congresso da APLOP"},"content":{"rendered":"<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><a class=\"jcepopup icon-bottom-right\" type=\"image\" href=\"http:\/\/www.cfm.co.mz\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/04\/IX_Congresso_APLOP_1.png\" target=\"_blank\" data-mediabox=\"width[600];caption[IX Congresso APLOP]\" rel=\"noopener\"><img decoding=\"async\" style=\"margin: 5px; float: left;\" src=\"http:\/\/www.cfm.co.mz\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/04\/IX_Congresso_APLOP_1.png\" alt=\"IX Congresso APLOP 1\" width=\"250\" \/><\/a>O Presidente do Conselho de Administra\u00e7\u00e3o do CFM, Dr. V\u00edctor Pedro Gomes participou, nos dias 11 e 12 de Abril corrente,&nbsp; do IX Congresso da Associa\u00e7\u00e3o dos Portos de L\u00edngua Portuguesa- APLOP, evento que este ano decorreu na cidade portu\u00e1ria de Itaja\u00ed, Sul do&nbsp;Brasil.<\/p>\n<p><!--more--><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Estiveram presentes no Congresso representantes das Empresas Portu\u00e1ria dos Pa\u00edses membros da APLOP, designadamente, Angola, Brasil, Cabo Verde, Mo\u00e7ambique, S\u00e3o Tom\u00e9 e Principe e Portugal, bem como outras individualidades, entre empres\u00e1rios, acad\u00eamicos e p\u00fablico em geral.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">A Cerim\u00f3nia de Abertura foi presidida pelo Prefeito da cidade de Itaja\u00ed que agradeceu a escolha daquela cidade para a realiza\u00e7\u00e3o da t\u00e3o importante reuni\u00e3o dos portu\u00e1rios.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">O Congresso da APLOP tem sido o ponto mais alto desta associa\u00e7\u00e3o onde s\u00e3o discutidos temas relacionados com os processos de desenvolvimento do transporte mar\u00edtimo no espa\u00e7o lus\u00f3fono. Neste Congresso de Itaja\u00ed foram discutidos temas como: i) o papel das alf\u00e2ndegas na facilita\u00e7\u00e3o aduaneira nos portos da CPLP; ii) direito portu\u00e1rio &#8211; gest\u00e3o econ\u00f4mica do dom\u00ednio portu\u00e1rio e sua regula\u00e7\u00e3o; iii) coopera\u00e7\u00e3o no espa\u00e7o da APLOP em projectos de forma\u00e7\u00e3o, gest\u00e3o e capacita\u00e7\u00e3o; iv) desenvolvimento do transporte mar\u00edtimo no espa\u00e7o lus\u00f3fono e a perspectiva de novos <em>players<\/em> no espa\u00e7o APLOP.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Um aspecto que mereceu destaque neste Congresso foi a discuss\u00e3o&nbsp;em torno da cria\u00e7\u00e3o da &#8220;<em>Marca APLOP<\/em>&#8220;. A Marca APLOP ir\u00e1 permitir \u00e0s empresas certificadas a facilita\u00e7\u00e3o na troca\/partilha documental e declarativa e de decis\u00e3o entre Portos, quer sejam do mesmo Pa\u00eds, quer, a n\u00edvel internacional. Deste modo, os associados iniciaram consultas&nbsp;sobre&nbsp;a defini\u00e7\u00e3o dos principais indicadores da plataforma tecnol\u00f3gica recomend\u00e1vel para a valida\u00e7\u00e3o da certifica\u00e7\u00e3o, bem como a entidade com reputa\u00e7\u00e3o reconhecida para conferir as referidas certifica\u00e7\u00f5es da marca APLOP.&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Destaque-se, no \u00e2mbito deste Congresso, \u00e0 realiza\u00e7\u00e3o da Assembleia Geral, da qual o PCA do CFM foi o Presidente de Mesa.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><a class=\"jcepopup icon-bottom-right\" type=\"image\" href=\"http:\/\/www.cfm.co.mz\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/04\/IX_Congresso_APLOP_2imagem.jpg\" target=\"_blank\" data-mediabox=\"width[600];caption[V\u00edctor Gomes, Presidente de Mesa da Assembleia Geral do IX Congresso APLOP]\" rel=\"noopener\"><img decoding=\"async\" style=\"margin: 5px 5px 10px; float: left;\" src=\"http:\/\/www.cfm.co.mz\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/04\/IX_Congresso_APLOP_2imagem.jpg\" alt=\"IX Congresso APLOP 2imagem\" width=\"250\" height=\"132\" \/><\/a>V\u00edctor Gomes convocou a Assembleia Geral para abordar as quest\u00f5es da Elei\u00e7\u00e3o de novos \u00d3rg\u00e3os, a Ratifica\u00e7\u00e3o da Acta do Encontro de Mindelo, realizado a 27\/11\/2015; a Aprova\u00e7\u00e3o do Relat\u00f3rio 2015\/2016, bem como a Ratifica\u00e7\u00e3o do Protocolo com a Confer\u00eancia das Na\u00e7\u00f5es Unidas para Com\u00e9rcio e Desenvolvimento- UNCTAD e a Discuss\u00e3o da proposta de Plano de actividades para 2016\/2017.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">No \u00e2mbito da elei\u00e7\u00e3o de novos \u00d3rg\u00e3os Sociais, coube \u00e0 Mo\u00e7ambique (CFM) o cargo de Vice-Presid\u00eancia da APLOP, sendo a Administra\u00e7\u00e3o Portu\u00e1ria de Itaja\u00ed assumido o cargo de Presidente.
