The Goba railway line is 74 km long and connects the Port of Maputo to Swaziland. It has four stations and 14 stops. At the Estevel stop, there is a detour to the quarry. At Km 39, there is another detour, connecting to the Salamanga branch line.

The capacity of the Goba line allows for the daily circulation of six trains in each direction.
