Public Notice No. 4 – Suspension of Transit Bond in Railway Transport of Goods in Transit

SUSPENSION OF TRANSIT BOND IN RAILWAY TRANSPORT OF GOODS IN TRANSIT

Based on the Act No. 10/DGA/411/2019, of March 26^th, the Customs General Director, through the Article No. 116/2018 of August 8^th, determined the suspension of the desposit of the Transit Bond within the Mozambique Ports and Railways System concerning all goods in transit.

This resolution elapse in line with the vision of the Government of the Republic of Mozambique aiming at streamlining and smoothing railway transport of goods in transit.
